Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crumb topping by mixing flour, sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
In a bowl, beat together Greek yogurt cream cheese, sugar, egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Combine dry ingredients and add to the yogurt mixture. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased baking pan, sprinkle crumb topping on top, and bake for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For extra lemon flavor, add more lemon juice or zest as desired.
