Instructions
Set Instant Pot to sauté and heat the oil.
Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, then drain excess fat if needed.
Add chopped carrots, celery, cabbage, diced tomatoes, broth, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir well.
Close lid, set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes, then release pressure naturally.
