These crispy Indian onion bhajis are a delightful snack, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

Instructions
Slice the onions into thin strips and set aside.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and whisk into a medium-thick batter.
Mix in the sliced onion until fully coated in batter.
Heat oil in a skillet and drop small portions of the batter into the pan.
Cook for 2-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Notes
Serve hot with chutney or yogurt for dipping!
