0.25cupreserved chickpea liquid
0.25cuptahini
1tablespoonlemon juice
2teaspoonslemon juice
0.75teaspoonsea salt
3clovesgarlic
0.33cupolive oil(plus extra for drizzling)
0.25teaspoonground cumin
0.25teaspoonpaprika
Garnish and serving

Instructions
Add chickpeas, reserved liquid, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and garlic to a food processor; blend until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while processing until creamy, about 4-5 minutes.
Transfer hummus to a serving dish and keep at room temperature or chilled.
Before serving, swirl the hummus, sprinkle with cumin and paprika, drizzle with olive oil, add chickpeas, and garnish with parsley. Serve with pita or chips.
Notes
For extra flavor, roast garlic beforehand or add a pinch of cayenne for heat.
