A delicious and easy-to-make salmon wrap with a sweet and spicy honey sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon 2% or skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Vegetables

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or purple)
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallion

Seasonings

  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced

Sauces

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Wraps and Fillings

  • 2 avocados pitted and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked diced salmon

Instructions 

  • Mix mayonnaise, milk, honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
  • Sauté garlic and butter until fragrant, then add diced salmon to cook through.
  • Combine shredded cabbage and scallions; toss with the honey hot sauce.
  • Spread sauce on tortillas, add salmon, sliced avocados, and cabbage mixture, then roll up.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the tortillas lightly before assembling.
