Instructions
Mix seasonings, coat chicken, and let rest.
Prepare batter with flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and seasonings.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in wet batter, then coat again. Rest for 10-15 mins.
Fry chicken at 350°F (175°C) until golden, then second fry for extra crispiness.
Make hot honey sauce, brush over fried chicken, and toss with dry rub. Serve with ranch dressing.
