Instructions
Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Pour hot honey over cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Assemble bowls with cooked rice or quinoa at the base, then top with corn, black beans, avocado slices, and honey chicken.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges. Enjoy!
