A flavorful and crispy beef stir-fry served with noodles, coated in a sweet and savory honey soy sauce.

Instructions
Marinate the steak with soy sauce and egg, then set aside.
Fry onion and garlic until fragrant, add soy sauce, honey, hoisin/oyster sauce, vinegar, and water; simmer until reduced by half.
Deep fry coated beef in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Combine sauce with beef, toss to coat, then add cooked noodles. Season as needed.
Serve topped with sliced spring onions.
Notes
Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying to achieve crispy beef.
