A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich combining creamy avocado, tangy mustard, sweet honey, and savory turkey for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 2 slices squishy sourdough bread

Filling

  • 0.5 ripe avocado ripe avocado (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5 oz thinly sliced deli turkey or chicken

Toppings

  • Handful salt & vinegar potato chips
  • 2-3 slices heirloom tomato
  • Handful micro greens or lettuce

Instructions 

  • Spread mashed avocado on one bread slice.
  • Spread mustard and honey on the other slice.
  • Add turkey, potato chips, tomato slices, and microgreens. Close, slice, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the bread lightly before assembling.
