A delicious and easy chicken wrap featuring crispy air fryer tenders, fresh veggies, and a tangy honey mustard sauce.

Ingredients

Chicken Tenders

  • 0.5 batch air fryer chicken tenders (without buffalo sauce)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup lettuce (thinly sliced)
  • 2 diced pickles
  • 0.25 cup radishes (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 10 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp grainy dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp white vinegar

Instructions 

  • Make honey mustard sauce by whisking together all sauce ingredients.
  • Combine coleslaw, lettuce, pickles, radishes, and tomatoes; drizzle with ¾ of the sauce.
  • Place ½ of the mixture and 2 chicken tenders on each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with remaining sauce.
  • Fold sides and roll tightly to form wraps.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust sauce quantities to taste.
