A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish with honey and Dijon mustard sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with flour.
In a skillet, sear chicken until golden, then add garlic and butter, cooking until fragrant. Add flour and cook briefly.
Pour in chicken broth, whisking to combine and thicken. Add mustard, honey, thyme, and salt; simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove chicken, whisk in heavy cream, adjust salt, then return chicken to sauce. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
