Ingredients

  • 8 pieces bone-in chicken thighs
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic gloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1.5 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Pat dry chicken thighs and place in a baking dish.
  • Mix honey, mustard, garlic, oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Brush the mixture onto the chicken thighs generously.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through. Broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp skin.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 175°F (80°C).
