Instructions
Pat shrimp dry, then toss with honey, lime juice and zest, garlic, oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate 10 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, chili-garlic sauce, lime juice, a little honey, and salt to make chili-lime mayo.
Toss shredded cabbage with lime juice, salt, and cilantro to make slaw.
Sauté shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and caramelized.
Toast bagels and spread with chili-lime mayo. Layer cabbage slaw, shrimp, cilantro, and lime, then top with the other bagel half.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional cilantro and a squeeze of lime before serving.
