A quick and flavorful chicken dish with a tangy lemon-honey sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(about 6 ounces each)

olive oil

garlic, minced

fresh lemon juice
(about 2 lemons)

honey

low sodium chicken broth

chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5-6 mins per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in skillet 30 seconds. Add lemon juice, honey, and broth; simmer until slightly thickened, 3-4 mins.
Stir in lemon zest and butter until glossy. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, cook 2 mins.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
