Instructions
Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds.
Pour in lemon juice, honey, and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened.
Add lemon zest and butter; stir until glossy.
Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
