Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and cook the salmon until golden, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and broccoli until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, hot sauce, sesame oil, and broth in a bowl. Add cornstarch to thicken.
Pour sauce into the pan with broccoli, add salmon back, and cook for 2-3 minutes until glazed.
Serve salmon with broccoli over cooked rice, drizzled with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
Adjust hot sauce to taste for spiciness. Use fresh or frozen broccoli as preferred.
