Instructions
Mix potato starch and water to make the batter.
Combine shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper, dashi powder, and egg white; coat with batter.
Heat oil and fry the shrimp pancake until crispy and golden.
In a small pan, cook garlic in oil, then add water, honey, soy sauce, and MSG; simmer.
Add slurry to sauce, cook until thickened, then drizzle over the pancake before serving.
Notes
