A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender shrimp coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

raw shrimp (sizes 21-25 or 26-30, peeled, deveined, and thawed)

vegetable oil

minced garlic

minced ginger

low-sodium soy sauce

honey

Instructions
Thaw and dry the shrimp. Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey to make marinade.
Marinate shrimp for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat oil in a skillet, add shrimp, and pour remaining marinade over them. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Allow sauce to thicken slightly, then remove from heat. Garnish with green onions if desired.
Serve immediately with rice or noodles, coated in the sauce.
