Instructions
Blend honey, chipotle peppers, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, and vinegar to make the sauce.
Cut chicken into pieces, coat with half of the sauce, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Cook chicken in olive oil until caramelized, 5-7 minutes.
Prepare toppings: dice avocado, chop cilantro, warm beans and corn.
