Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Sauces & Condiments

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Tortillas

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 piece avocado (sliced)
  • 1 lime wedges lime wedges (for serving)

Herbs

  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions 

  • Mix honey, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp in the mixture.
  • Cook shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  • Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime and chopped cilantro on top.
