  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen sweet corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • In a skillet, melt butter and honey over medium heat, stirring until combined and bubbling.
  • Add frozen corn to the skillet, stir to coat, and cook for 6–8 minutes until heated through and edges turn golden.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese until fully melted and sauce is creamy.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
