Soft, fluffy homemade dinner rolls perfect for any meal. Easy to make with simple ingredients and a quick rise.
Ingredients
Dough

all-purpose flour

active dry yeast

unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
Activate yeast by mixing warm water and sugar, then let sit until frothy.
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Combine melted butter with yeast mixture.
Gradually add wet ingredients to dry, knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down dough, shape into balls, place on a greased sheet, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake rolls for 20 minutes until golden.
Notes
For softer rolls, brush with melted butter after baking.
