Celebrate the holidays with this beautiful focaccia wreath topped with olives and fragrant rosemary, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.75 cup Warm water (for dough)

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and halved)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse sea salt

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil, knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out dough into a circle on a baking sheet.
  • Create a wreath shape, pressing the edges to form a ring. Dimple the surface with fingertips.
  • Top with olives, rosemary, and sprinkle with sea salt. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush with olive oil before baking.
