Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 2 cups mixed berries ((fresh or frozen))

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
