A delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl packed with protein to energize your day.
Ingredients

Plain Greek Yogurt

Cottage Cheese
Fruits

Frozen Mixed Berries

Frozen Banana
(about half a banana)
Add-ins

Almond Butter

Vanilla Extract

Honey (optional)
(adjust to taste)
Instructions
Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and almond butter to your blender.
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Add frozen berries and banana, then blend until thick and creamy.
Taste and add honey or vanilla if desired, then blend briefly.
Scoop into a bowl and add toppings as desired.
