A delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl packed with protein to energize your day.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

Fruits

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 large Frozen Banana (about half a banana)

Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons Honey (optional) (adjust to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and almond butter to your blender.
  • Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add frozen berries and banana, then blend until thick and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey or vanilla if desired, then blend briefly.
  • Scoop into a bowl and add toppings as desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, top with nuts or granola.
