Cooked chicken breast

cooked chicken breast, shredded
Sauces and oils

honey BBQ sauce

Dairy and cheese

plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Mix shredded chicken with honey BBQ sauce.
Make a roux with olive oil and flour, then whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in yogurt and cheeses, season with spices.
Combine pasta with cheese sauce, fold in BBQ chicken.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Save pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
