Instructions
Mix 1/2 cup yogurt, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley to make the marinade.
Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness, coat with marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken, press chopped parsley onto both sides for crust.
Grill 5-6 minutes per side until charred and internal temp reaches 165°F. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare sauce by mixing remaining 1/2 cup yogurt with chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Serve with sliced chicken and garnish.
