Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F and grease a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar, add egg, and beat until fluffy.
Add pumpkin and mix, then gradually combine with dry ingredients.
Bake for 55-75 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, then wrap to prevent drying out.
