Enjoy a nutritious and easy-to-make breakfast with these wholesome oatmeal bars packed with natural sweetness and optional add-ins.
Ingredients

honey or maple syrup

peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix oats, honey, nut butter, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.
Fold in nuts/seeds and dried fruit or chocolate chips if desired.
Press mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
