A delicious and nutritious apple crumble perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 6 pieces sweet apples

Spices

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Oils

  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Grains

  • 2/3 cup oats

Nuts

  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions 

  • Chop apples and sauté with other ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
  • Process crumble ingredients until crumbly.
  • Spread apples in a greased pan, top with crumble.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool and enjoy with milk or yogurt.
