Delicious and easy-to-make ham and cheese egg cups perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 12 slices ham
  • 12 units eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste green onions

Instructions 

  • Set the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Add ham slices to a greased muffin tin, top with mozzarella, then add eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Top with green onions and enjoy!
