A quick and flavorful skillet dish combining seasoned ground beef, colorful peppers, beans, and cheese, topped with sour cream and cilantro.

Instructions
Chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped vegetables to the skillet and sauté 4-5 minutes until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and black beans; cook until heated through.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture, cover, and cook 2 minutes until melted. Serve topped with sour cream and cilantro.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or jalapeños.
