A quick and hearty dish combining ground beef, fresh cabbage, and vegetables, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

medium cabbage (chopped)

tomato sauce or paste

beef broth (or vegetable broth)

paprika (regular or smoked)

vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper; cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Add chopped onion to the skillet; cook until translucent. Stir in grated carrot and cook until soft.
Add tomato sauce and broth; simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then add cabbage, salt, pepper, and paprika; stir well.
Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally. Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For a crunchier cabbage, cook it briefly; for softer cabbage, cook longer.
