A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish marinated in yogurt and spices, perfect for grilling or baking.
Ingredients
Chicken
1.5–2
lbs
boneless chicken thighs or breasts

cup
plain yogurt

olive oil

garlic, minced
Juice of 1
lemon
lemon juice

ground cumin

paprika

ground coriander

Instructions
Whisk yogurt, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices in a bowl.
Add chicken, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for 2–8 hours.
Bring chicken to room temperature, shake off excess marinade.
Grill or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 mins, or pan-sear until cooked through (165°F internal).
Let rest 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Marinate for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
