Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 4 cloves garlic (whole cloves for roasting)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Instructions 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high. Roast garlic until soft, then mash into a paste.
