A refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with greens and healthy fats to energize your day.
Ingredients

ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled

green apple or pear, peeled, cored and sliced

fresh baby spinach leaves, packed

cucumber, diced

coconut water

Instructions
Place avocado, apple or pear, spinach, cucumber, coconut water, ice, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a banana or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
