A refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with greens and healthy fats to energize your day.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 1 piece ripe, fresh avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
  • 1 piece green apple or pear, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves, packed
  • 0.5 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions 

  • Place avocado, apple or pear, spinach, cucumber, coconut water, ice, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
  • Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a banana or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
