Instructions
Drain and crumble the feta cheese.
In a food processor, blend feta and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
Add herbs, green onions, and garlic; pulse briefly to combine.
Mix in lemon juice and zest, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend until well combined.
Transfer to a bowl, chill for at least 30 minutes, then serve with dippers.
Notes
For a thinner dip, add a drizzle of olive oil or water before serving.
