Ingredients

unsweetened coconut water or water
soft ingredients

packed cup
baby spinach or kale

cucumber, sliced
chopped fruits

green apple or pear
chopped
liquid flavoring

fresh lemon juice
ginger

Instructions
Add liquids first, then soft ingredients, then harder ingredients.
Blend until smooth and silky.
If too thick, add water; if too thin, add ice or more banana.
