Cucumber slices and lemon wedges
Instructions
Combine coconut water, filtered water, and lemon juice in the blender.
Add spinach, cucumber, celery, parsley, apple, and ginger.
Blend on low for 45 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Adjust thickness with ice or water as desired, then pour into glasses.
If using, add spirulina or mint leaves before blending again briefly.
Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon wedges, serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional greens or fruits for variety.
