A refreshing and nutrient-packed green smoothie perfect for a detox boost. Easy to prepare and customizable with optional ingredients.

Ingredients

Liquid ingredients

  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 0.5 cup filtered water

Fresh produce

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, packed
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 medium green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1 large lemon, juiced (about 3 tablespoons)

Optional ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional, for extra nutrients)

Other

  • as needed ice cubes Ice cubes
  • for garnish Cucumber slices and lemon wedges

Instructions 

  • Combine coconut water, filtered water, and lemon juice in the blender.
  • Add spinach, cucumber, celery, parsley, apple, and ginger.
  • Blend on low for 45 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Adjust thickness with ice or water as desired, then pour into glasses.
  • If using, add spirulina or mint leaves before blending again briefly.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon wedges, serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to customize with additional greens or fruits for variety.
