Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Halve the avocado and scoop into a blender.
  • Add spinach and banana to the blender.
  • Pour in lime juice and almond milk.
  • Blend until smooth; add chia seeds before blending if desired.
  • Serve immediately, optionally garnished with spinach or chia seeds.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add a few ice cubes before blending.
