Ingredients

plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt to form a soft dough.
Fold in minced garlic. Shape into a loaf, place on baking sheet, and score lightly.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving warm.
