These moist and healthy muffins combine Greek yogurt and whole wheat flour with chocolate chips for a delicious treat.
Ingredients

plain whole fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
Mix wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, melted coconut oil.
Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
Divide batter into 12 muffin cups, top with reserved chocolate chips.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of chopped nuts or berries.
