1cupshredded lettuce
1cupdiced tomatoes
1/2cupsliced cucumber
1/4cupthinly sliced red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast garlic by cutting the top off, drizzling with olive oil, wrapping in foil, and baking for 30-35 minutes until soft. Cool and squeeze out cloves.
Blend roasted garlic, feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Cook ground beef in a skillet with olive oil, oregano, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Remove from heat.
Warm the flatbreads or pitas according to package instructions.
Assemble wraps by spreading garlic feta sauce, adding beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Roll up and serve warm.
