Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup white granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Streusel Topping

  • 0.33 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Honey Glaze

  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup honey

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes.
