  • 4 oz Hershey’s semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 oz Hershey’s semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1.4 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 extra-large eggs eggs
  • 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder (Nescafé)
  • 19.2 fl oz vanilla ice cream (Häagen-Dazs)
  • 4.2 oz sugar
  • 0.5 oz sugar
  • 1.2 oz all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 oz all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Melt chocolate and butter over simmering water until smooth.
  • Whisk eggs, coffee, vanilla, and sugar until blended.
  • Fold cooled chocolate into egg mixture, then sift and fold in dry ingredients.
  • Gently fold in floured chocolate chips, transfer to skillet, and bake for 22 minutes.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

For extra fudginess, slightly underbake and serve with ice cream.
