Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Melt chocolate and butter over simmering water until smooth.
Whisk eggs, coffee, vanilla, and sugar until blended.
Fold cooled chocolate into egg mixture, then sift and fold in dry ingredients.
Gently fold in floured chocolate chips, transfer to skillet, and bake for 22 minutes.
