Dry Ingredients

gluten free all purpose flour
(King Arthur's gluten free measure for measure flour recommended)

Wet Ingredients

unsalted butter
(2 sticks, room temperature)
1 ¼

brown sugar

cup
granulated sugar

eggs
(room temperature)

vanilla extract
Chocolate Chips

semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat briefly.
Gradually add dry mixture, then fold in remaining chocolate chips. Form dough balls and press extra chips on outside.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For even baking, only bake one sheet at a time and allow cookies to cool before removing.
