Delight in these chewy, chocolatey cookies made with gluten-free ingredients, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour (almond, rice, oat, etc)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 egg yolk egg yolk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (gluten-free)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
  • Cream melted butter with sugars; add vanilla, egg, and yolk.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop 1/4 cup dough onto sheets, bake 12-15 mins, cool before serving.
