Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound chicken breast (sliced into tenders)
  • 1 egg egg
  • cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.
  • Mix almond flour and spices in another bowl.
  • Dip chicken tenders into egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  • Arrange tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
