A quick and flavorful stir fry combining tender chicken with fresh vegetables and a sweet-savory sauce.

avocado oil, (divided)

chicken breast, (cut into cubes)
Instructions
Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan. Cook broccoli and peppers for 2-3 minutes.
Remove veggies, add remaining oil, and brown chicken for 1-2 minutes per side.
Pour sauce into pan, simmer until bubbling, then add veggies back and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Notes
Adjust spice level with sriracha as desired.
