Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, then drain.
Mash potatoes with butter, cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak bites 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Add butter, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute, then stir in Parmesan.
Garnish steak with parsley, serve over mashed potatoes, and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or herbs before serving.
