A delicious combination of tender steak bites topped with garlic Parmesan and served alongside creamy mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

Steak

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 large russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream (or milk)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Additional ingredients

  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, then drain.
  • Mash potatoes with butter, cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak bites 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  • Add butter, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute, then stir in Parmesan.
  • Garnish steak with parsley, serve over mashed potatoes, and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or herbs before serving.
